1. Shipping Policy
All jewellery shown on kytejewels.com is in stock and ready to dispatch. All prices include free shipping — there are no additional charges at checkout.

2. Returns & Exchange Policy
Exchange Policy
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Product must pass quality inspection upon return
Exchange approval is at the discretion of Kyte Jewels after inspection.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. Approved exchanges are processed as store credit or product replacement based on eligibility.
3. Buyback Policy (Silver Jewellery Only)
Kyte Jewels offers a buyback on all silver jewellery at 50% of the MRP shown on your original invoice.
The buyback value is issued as store credit, redeemable against your next purchase on kytejewels.com.
- Applies to silver jewellery purchases only
- Buyback value = 50% of invoice MRP — issued as store credit only
- Store credit is valid for 12 months from date of issue
- Product must pass quality inspection
- Does not apply to customised or engraved pieces
- Kyte Jewels reserves the right to modify buyback terms without prior notice

4. Gold Plating Warranty
1-year warranty on gold polishing for all Kyte Jewels gold-plated pieces.
If your gold plating fades within 12 months of purchase under normal wear, we will re-polish it free of charge.
- Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Covers normal fading — not damage from chemicals, swimming, or excessive moisture
- Free re-polishing at our workshop
- Retain your invoice — required to claim warranty
- Products that are excessively damaged or altered may not qualify
