Shipping Policy

1. The time and schedule of the delivery are always estimated in working days considered between Mondays to Friday.
   All Sundays, Saturdays and public holidays are excluded from the shipping and delivery schedule.

2. The estimated delivery date is dependent upon the shipping date. The shipping is only done on working days. 
3. Deliveries can be delayed if the address or the contact number provided is incorrect or incomplete. Please ensure that you provide the correct details for the delivery/return/exchange.

Shipping Insurance

1. All items purchased from www.kytejewels.com are insured against all theft and accidental damage that might occur only while shipping them to the delivery address of the customer.   

Return Policy

1. Kyte Jewels is all about complete customer satisfaction concerning the products on our website. However, you can return any item only within 12 days of the date on the invoice. 
2.  Just mail us at –
   customercare@kytejewels.com 
   Post the acknowledgement of your mail, we will give you a set of instructions for the return/exchange of the products.

3. Only unused products in their original condition can be returned or replaced.

Lifetime Exchange

1. No item purchased from the website can be returned after 12 days from the date of invoice. Don’t worry we got you covered with our Kyte Lifetime Exchange Promise.
2. You can exchange any item purchased from us during its lifetime.
3. Post the expiry of the 12 days return period, all products purchased from us can only exchanged and not returned.
