Kyte Jewels is a trade name and brand operated by Chemmanur Jewellers Kerala Pvt Ltd.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of such changes.

2. Product Information

Kyte Jewels offers jewellery crafted in:

• 9KT, 14KT and 18KT gold
• Sterling silver
• Natural diamonds
• Lab-grown diamonds

All gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked as per applicable standards. Diamonds are certified based on product specifications.

Each piece carries Kyte Jewels’ internal hallmark “KJ” as a mark of authenticity.

Due to photography, screen settings, and handcrafted processes, slight variations in colour, finish, or weight may occur.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Kyte Jewels reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Payments

We accept prepaid payments through:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• UPI
• Net Banking
• Other secure payment gateway options

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days unless otherwise specified.

Delivery timelines may vary based on product availability and location.

Tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

Kyte Jewels shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

To request cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp or email immediately.

7. Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligibility is subject to:

• Product being unused and undamaged
• Approval after inspection by Kyte Jewels

Kyte Jewels reserves the right to approve or decline exchange requests.

8. Buyback Policy (Silver Jewellery)

Kyte Jewels offers a 50% buyback policy on silver jewellery.

Buyback value is 50% of the original invoice value.

The credited amount can only be used toward the purchase of new jewellery from Kyte Jewels.

The product must pass quality inspection.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Kyte Jewels reserves the right to revise buyback terms at its discretion.

9. Lifetime Gold Plating (Silver Jewellery)

We provide lifetime gold plating service for silver jewellery, subject to inspection and eligibility.

Customers must contact our team before sending the product.

Service timelines may vary.

Shipping charges may apply.

Products that are excessively damaged, altered, or misused may not qualify.

10. Ring Sizing & Resizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size.

Kyte Jewels provides a Ring Size Guide for assistance.

Resizing services are subject to product design feasibility and inspection.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, designs, product images, text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Kyte Jewels and Chemmanur Jewellers Kerala Pvt Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Kyte Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased from it.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Trichur, Kerala.
