Everyday care

  • Store each piece separately in a dry place.
  • Avoid perfumes and chemicals; put your jewellery on last, after perfume and lotions.
  • Remove jewellery before swimming or showering.
  • Clean gently with a soft cloth.

Gold-plated pieces

Gold-plated silver jewellery carries a 1-year plating warranty. If the plating fades within 12 months under normal wear, we will re-polish it free of charge. Please contact us before sending the piece, and see our Terms & Conditions for details.
